Residential In-House Repairs

Having a problem with your computer? The cheapest way may be to bring it into our shop and have us take a look at it.

All PCs are looked on a first come, first servce basis. In most cases, PCs can be repaired within 7 business days although some repairs may take longer. Services include but are no limited to:

• Restoration of lost data
• Diagnosis of hardware issues ( processor, RAM, fans, etc )
• Reinstallation of operating system ( all Microsoft operating systems supported )
• Installation of new hardware ( hard drives, RAM, fans, etc )
• Removal of virus and spyware infections
• Installation of antivirus software
• Internet connectivity troubleshooting ( wired ethernet, dial-up, Wi-Fi )

All PCs will be subject to a $25.00 nonrefundable diagnostic fee that covers diagnosis of the problem and an estimated cost of repair. If you decide to repair the PC, the diagnostic fee will be applied to the final bill. For more information, please contact us.
